Winter Turbo Training

Hi There!

I’m Jack Horlock and I am a coach qualified to level 2 (Club Coach) with the British Triathlon Association in the UK.  Each winter I run a series of turbo training sessions for my club over the winter months.  All of those who attend regularly have recorded better times on the bike in the following season.  I want to offer you the opportunity to take advantage of those turbo sessions as well. 

The sessions are produced in accordance to a programme outline that ensures you gain the best results from your time on the turbo.  All the sessions are based on Heart Beat Ranges.  If you have a heart rate monitor and know your maximum heart rate, the intensity of the training will be specific to you.   Also, to customise the programme to your requirements there is a choice of the number sessions per week and you may choose the total exercise time you require.  I produce the session details in spreadsheet format every two weeks, so I can email them straight to you.  This gives you time to pass me any feedback about how the programme is progressing for you and allows any modification of the next set of sessions that is necessary.
