After a winter of training mainly on the roads, I wanted to get some
good speed into my legs to prepare for a World Duathlon
qualifier. The weather was turning sour and my Garage turbo trainer beckoned.
Problem - I didn't have any quality workout program organised and with 2 months
to go until the qualifier I was up against it.
